Lucia Moreira started out in the photo department of a large retail chain in São Paulo and later moved to document services for international students; University of São Paulo, 2016. Speaks English, Portuguese and working Chinese. At PhotoGov since 2022, she writes the photo requirements for East and Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America, keeps the regional pages in sync with embassy updates, tests the tool on the trickier formats such as 35 × 45 mm with a fixed head height, and edits the sample galleries.
